A Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) covers the cost of certain mechanical repairs after your manufacturer warranty expires. It is not insurance and is not a manufacturer warranty. It provides peace of mind by protecting you from unexpected repair bills.
You are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Your coverage continues as long as your monthly payments are current. There are no cancellation fees and you can stop at any time.
After enrollment, there is a validation period of 30 days and 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) before coverage begins. This ensures all existing conditions are documented and your coverage starts cleanly.
You can cancel at any time by contacting our support team. There are no cancellation fees. Your coverage will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
Since this is a month-to-month plan, refunds are calculated based on your remaining coverage period per the contract terms. No pro-rated charges for partial months after cancellation.
When you need a covered repair, take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility in the U.S. or Canada. Have your repair facility contact our claims team directly before work begins. Once authorized, the repair facility will be paid directly for covered components.
