2004 Ferrari360 Modena

The exterior was inspected for cosmetic issues and functionality. Minor miscellaneous scratches are present throughout the vehicle, with photos provided for the most visible ones. There are blemishes on the repainted right quarter panel and passenger door, including sanding marks on the quarter panel and a rough clear coat inside the door jamb. Additionally, a paint run is visible on the quarter panel edge where it meets the door jamb. Rock chips are found on the top of both front fenders, and the paint on the passenger door is rough beneath the window trim. The vinyl on the mirrors is sun-damaged. Underneath the front bumper, there are scrapes, and the vinyl film on the right side of the front bumper is burned through from buffing, with multiple rock chips also present on the bumper’s vinyl film.

During the interior inspection, the passenger visor was found to have loose leather. The driver’s seat shows wear, and the passenger seat does not fold forward. The passenger seat belt is torn and frayed. The finish on the switches feels sticky, although all switches are functioning properly. There is a paint chip on the left side of the center console, and the leather on the passenger airbag cover is loose. The A/C is not blowing as cold as it should, requiring further diagnosis. Windows operate smoothly, and doors open and close without issue. No signs of smoke or unusual odors were detected.

The engine bay and undercarriage components were inspected for signs of leakage, deterioration, and fluid conditions. The coolant level in the reservoir is low, and the engine oil reservoir cap is missing. Additionally, the fuel line on the right side of the engine is not secured into its fasteners. Other accessible fluids were at proper levels and showed healthy color. No visible signs of leaks or seepage were found underneath.

The start-up video shows a long crank before the engine starts, which is due to the immobilizer being activated. Once the immobilizer is deactivated, the engine starts immediately. The engine cold-started without issues and idled for over 20 minutes with no signs of overheating. A road test revealed no problems: the vehicle reached speeds up to 65 mph without shaking. The brakes functioned properly with no abnormal noises or vibrations, and the suspension operated smoothly without unusual sounds. The engine ran smoothly with no hesitation or abnormal noises, and the transmission shifted smoothly without hesitation or slipping. A scan of the ECU revealed one pending code and one incomplete emissions monitor. Further diagnosis is needed, see pictures for details.

The tires were inspected for tread depth and unusual wear patterns. The front tires are Toyo brand, while the rear tires are Hankook. All tires exhibit sufficient remaining tread depth.
