SUMMARY

2014 Porsche Cayman S

Upon initial scope of the vehicle, the exterior paint appeared to be original and in good condition with no signs of bodywork or prior accidents. No visible damages were evident on grille assembly. Both headlights were clear and functioning properly including turn signals and hazard lights with no visible damages. Rock chips were present on front windshield. Rear windshield shows no damage. Minor rock chips were located on hood of vehicle. Front bumper cover displays minor rock chips, scratches, and scrapes on the underside of bumper. The driver side fender paint condition was good with no signs of damage on panel. Driver side door shows no visible damage on panel. Quarter panel on driver side shows small area of paint chipping. Fuel door and cap on showed signs of normal wear with no issues. Rear bumper cover showed no signs of damage or imperfections. Trunk lid showed signs of normal wear with no visible damages. Both taillights were functioning properly including turn signals, hazards, and reverse lights, but small cracks were located in driver side taillight housing. Passenger side fender paint condition was good with no visible damage on panel. Scratches with touch-up paint and paint chips located on driver and passenger side rocker panel moldings as well as the passenger door handle. Quarter panel on passenger side shows no visible signs of damage on body panel. Power side mirrors function properly with no issues. All doors and handles on vehicle are intact and function properly with no abnormal noises or faults.

Moving forward, I proceed to the inspection of wheels, tires, and under carriage of vehicle. All 4 tires are matching, Michelin branded. Front tires are the same size, 235/35/20. Rear tires size is 265/35/20. Rear tires appear to be low on thread and may require replacement soon. Front tires are in good condition with plenty of thread left. Passenger side rear OEM wheel shows minor scratches. Inspection of under carriage revealed no evidence of frame damage, suspension issues, rust, or any visible leaks underneath the vehicle.

Next, I move to inspection of engine compartment. Vehicle's emissions label was present under the hood. All accessible fluids were checked and are at normal operating levels. All hoses were intact with no visible leaks in engine bay or under vehicle. No signs of rust or frame damage were visible. Engine compartment was clean and no abnormalities were detected.

Continuing on, I begin inspection of interior of vehicle. No unusual odors or smoke smells were present in cabin. Interior dash shows normal wear with no cracks or visible damage. There is light wear to the seats. Normal for mileage. Odometer gauges are function normally with no warning lights. OBD2 scanner was used, but no fault codes were detected. All power windows were functioning properly. Radio/NAV are operating properly. Air conditioning was also working properly, with no issues. Interior seats showed signs of normal wear, no rips or tears on leather. Heated seat functions work properly, no issues. Headliner was in good condition, normal wear. Floor mats and carpet are in fine condition and very clean. Overall interior is in good shape and well maintained. All features and accessories work properly.

Lastly, we test drive the vehicle. The test drive was performed as a ride-along due to vehicle having a manual transmission. The vehicle starts normally with no issues. There is no smoke. The vehicle idles well. The power delivery is linear and transmission shifts extremely smooth. The steering is accurate and direct. The vehicle tracks straight. The brakes work well.
