1999 FerrariF355

The exterior underwent examination for cosmetic issues and functionality. The paint overall is excellent, although there are a few marks on the front OEM paint film that appear to be on the plastic rather than the paint itself. Some brackets exhibit minor surface rust. Additionally, the rear quarters have a few very small stone chips, barely noticeable. The top shows signs of wear. On the other hand, the window trim and door seals were in good condition, and the glass was free of obvious damage, with the windshield wiper/washer functioning properly.

During the interior inspection, light wear was observed on the seats, accompanied by some light leather creases. The radio has power but requires a code input, as indicated in the owner's manual. The AC is functional, but on a 92-degree day, it was only blowing air at around 72 degrees, even with the top down. The carpet displays typical signs of wear. All electrical items functioned properly, including the power windows, locks, mirrors, and the adjustable sport mode or full auto transmission modes.

The engine bay and undercarriage components were visually examined for leakage, deterioration, and fluid conditions. Accessible fluids were found at their correct levels and exhibited a healthy color. Upon close inspection in the under pic, minor long-term seeping is visible, accompanied by road dirt, but no leak to a drip is evident. Additionally, there is minor seepage from changing the oil filter, as it appears that it would drain when changing the oil filter. Further diagnosis is needed.

During the test drive, the vehicle accelerated as expected and performed well in terms of ride quality, acceleration, and handling. No odd noises or vibrations were detected during the inspection, and the brakes felt firm with no detectable pulsation. Additionally, a scan of the ECU revealed no current, pending, or historic fault codes.

The tires underwent inspection for tread depth and any unusual wear patterns. All four tires are of the same brand. The rear tires have a remaining tread depth of 4/32, while both front tires are at 6/32.

The items visually inspected were in the reported condition listed in the report at the time of the inspection only. A visual inspection will not identify the working condition of each and every vehicle part or component, nor will a visual inspection identify any or all missing, tampered or altered components. Intermittent component or systems issues or failures may not present themselves at the precise time of inspection and/or a vehicle may be tuned in a manner to mask or minimize any such issues; in either case, such intermittent issues may not be discoverable during inspection. Further disclaimed is any liability for any damage or defects not found during inspection. Other conditions may exist which did not occur or appear during inspection. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle to be inspected is in a state in which the vehicle is legal to drive on public roads, safe and functioning well enough to start and drive, and located in a space that is accessible and allows the inspector full access to vehicle components. Vehicles that are not safe, legal, or in a running condition will not have a test drive performed.
