1985 Toyota FJ60
The exterior was thoroughly inspected for cosmetic issues and functionality. Minor miscellaneous scratches were noted around the vehicle, typical for its mileage, although most are too small to be visible in photos. Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is needed on all panels, rated from 1 to 10 based on damage severity. The right fender, right front door, and right quarter panel have undergone repairs from the flare down. Some light surface rust is evident underneath; please refer to the attached pictures for details. The right rear lamp is cracked, and the front bumper is damaged and missing molding. Additionally, the windshield has miscellaneous stone chips. The repaired panels show signs of heavy use, and the hood exhibits chipping. Lastly, there is denting in the chrome on the rear bumper.
The interior was inspected for cosmetic issues and functionality. The seats show light wear, including burn holes on the driver's seat. The left rear door is damaged. Interior trim shows normal wear for its age. There is a crack in the dash trim panel. The carpet displays typical wear consistent with age and mileage. Additionally, there is a 2-inch cut in the headliner. The air conditioning could be colder but still functions sufficiently. The entertainment system works perfectly, and all lights and windows operate as expected.
The engine bay and undercarriage components were inspected for leakage, deterioration, and fluid conditions. The oil is fresh and at the proper level, with no signs of excessive moisture or sludge under the oil fill cap. Fasteners in the engine bay appeared intact and in place. Hoses, belts, axle boots, and visible bushings seemed sound. However, there are signs of oil seepage from the engine's underside. No drips were observed during the inspection. It is advised to thoroughly clean this area and recheck to confirm the source of the leak or leaks.
During the test drive, the vehicle accelerated as expected and exhibited good performance in terms of ride quality, acceleration, and handling. Additionally, the brakes felt firm with no detectable pulsation.
The tires were examined for tread depth and any unusual wear patterns. All four tires are of the same brand and have sufficient remaining tread depth. However, the front and rear right wheels, as well as the front left wheel, exhibit curb rash.
