SUMMARY

2009 Fleetwood JAMBOREE 26FT

The exterior was examined for cosmetic issues and functionality. Our inspector found the exterior with a few cosmetic issues of note, including areas of rust. The aftermarket back-up camera is noted with operational issues. The automatic step is noted with operational issues.

The cab area was examined for cosmetic issues and functionality. The cab interior was noted with typical wear and tear usage that would be associated with the RV's age and mileage. Cab functionality was evaluated and noted with no issues.

Amenities were examined for cosmetic issues and functionality. The living room, kitchen, and bedroom areas were noted with varying degrees of wear a tear. Of exception, the freezer door is noted to be stuck, the bathroom door is noted to no longer stay closed, and the outside AC receptable is noted with operational issues. Water-related components were noted with no issues. Exterior components were noted to be in working order.

Engine bay and undercarriage components were visually examined for leakage, deterioration, and fluid conditions. The engine battery is noted with a drain and seepage. Undercarriage components were noted with no issues. The exhaust system was noted to be intact with no audible leaks.

A test drive was conducted. The engine was noted with a slow crank. This can be related to a worn engine battery. Drivetrain components were noted with no operational issues. Steering, braking, and suspension operated as designed. A scan of the on-board diagnostics revealed sensor reporting to be incomplete.

Tires were evaluated for tread depth and unusual wear patterns. The brand is noted to be homogeneous with an average amount of tread remaining.
