SUMMARY

Exterior
Inspection of the RVs exterior shows; There are minor misc scratches around the RV. Most too small to see in photos. The paint shows some wear and tear that is consistent with age. The exterior storage compartments open and close as they should. The exterior roof and seam seal all appeared to be in good condition. All the windows operated well. The pop up vents operated well and were in good condition. The exterior shower operated well. The exterior audio speakers operated well. The undercarriage had no signs of leaks. The tires were all in good condition with 12/32 tread remaining.

Interior
The RVs interior looked good. There were no unusual odors noted. The interior paneling and trim were in good condition. The floor tile was good. The ceiling and vents were good. The interior electrical lights, switches, audio and outlets were good.

RV
The RV related accessories including microwave, A/C, heater, climate controls, TV, and accessories were all operable and condition. The bathroom toilet, shower and sink water worked well. The bathroom sink had rust/corrosion forming on the outer rim staining the counter. The kitchen sink worked well. The gas stove and oven worked well. The leveling system operated up and down well. The slide out and awning operated well and were in good condition.
