SUMMARY

Starting with the exterior of the RV. There are multiple scratches ranging in size along the front end of the RV. However, there are no major dings, dents or heavy scratches around the RV. There are no major signs of any previous paint or damage repairs around the RV. All awnings and outings function properly without excessive noises. All exterior mirrors, cameras and sensors are in tact and function properly. All exterior lights and signals function properly. The automatic steps to enter the RV are not working. There is a hydraulic leak behind the back right rear tire. There are no major signs of rust around the body or underbody of the the RV. All tires have been recently replaced when the RV was purchased as per the current owner. However due to wheel covers, the full condition of the wheel and tires remain unknown.

Due to a dead battery, the engine performance and condition remains unknown. I noted no visual leaks. The generator functions properly with no excessive noises. No components of the generator appears to be worn or in need of replacement.

Moving to the interior. There are multiple front end interior components that are inoperable. Things such as the window shades, master control switches (left side of driver) , the automatic steps to enter or exit and any dashboard accessories/gauges etc , all remain inoperable (true RV mileage unknown). Further mechanical diagnostic will be needed. The water system has never been tested by current owner. Water features functionality such as the shower, toilet , sink etc remains unknown. The refrigerator is inoperable. There and small cracks in the floor tile. All interior lights and speakers function properly. The heat , air conditioner and vent controls function properly. Seats and seating areas show normal wear consistent with the age

Due to dead battery and possible ignition issue, no test drive was performed. Engine and RV performance remains undetermined.
