Exterior was examined for cosmetic issues and functionality. Exterior was noted with not cosmetic issues. The hood support storage clip is noted to be missing and the water system harness is noted to need an additional hangar.

Interior was examined for cosmetic issues and functionality. Interior was noted with no cosmetic issues. Seatbelts are noted with minor operational issues. Doors are noted to rattle, when closing, when windows are down.

Amenities were examined from cosmetic issues and functionality. The living room, kitchen, and bedroom areas were noted with no issues beyond normal wear and tear which is considered to be appropriate for age and mileage. Water-related components were noted with no issues. Exterior components were noted to be in working order.

Engine bay and undercarriage components were visually examined for leakage, deterioration, and fluid conditions. Engine-bay components were noted with no issues. Undercarriage components were noted with no issues. The exhaust system was noted to be intact with no audible leaks.

A test drive was conducted. Engine had plenty of power with no misfires. Transmission shifted as designed with no harsh engagement or slipping. Steering was responsive. Brakes were firm with no pulsation felt. A minor amount of interior noise was present. A scan of the onboard diagnostics revealed no current, pending, or historical codes.

Tires were evaluated for tread depth and unusual wear patterns with no issues to note.
