SUMMARY

I have inspected this 2022 Highland Ridge OPEN RANGE 395BHS and made note of any issues I found below.

Exterior

There are some light scratches around the trailer that are normal with age, most cannot be seen in pictures. The underside of the vehicle is beginning to develop light amounts of surface rust on untreated areas such as fasteners.

Interior and RV

The seats show a minimal amount of wear present. The interior trim shows a minimal amount of wear present. The stove was inoperable at the time of my inspection. I was unable to verify the operation of the water systems inside the vehicle as it has been winterized for the season. The climate control and entertainment systems function as designed along with the interior lighting. The slide outs and awnings function as designed. All of the tires are the correct size for the unit and show a sufficient amount of tread depth left along with an even wear pattern.
