An overall examination of the RV finds it to be in very good condition with minimal wear to the exterior or interior of the vehicle.
Examination of the exterior finds straight body lines and no evidence of collision damage. With the exception of a very few surface scratches and a small area of erosion damage of the trim decal, there are no further issues. An examination of the covered spare tire finds it weather cracked otherwise it remains inflated. Examination finds a class 3 trailer receiver with appropriate four and seven wire trailer light connectors. An examination of the utilities hook-up through the left side access panel finds plugs, water inlet/waste outlet are in good condition. Examination of the refrigerator rear core finds it in good condition, the panel is clean and free of debris. An examination of the vehicle lights, wipers and horn are in working order. Examination of the roof finds the air conditioning system and a roof vent that show no sign of water intrusion.
An examination of the underside of the vehicle finds it to be in very good condition with limited surface rust on exposed metal areas. Examination of the vehicle and generator exhaust systems finds they are securely mounted and in good condition. Examination of front and rear suspension and steering components finds no issues. Examination of the rear mounted propane tank finds it securely mounted and the tank is in serviceable condition. An examination of the underside mounted generator finds it secure and no observable damage.
An examination of the engine compartment finds it clean and added circuits by the coach manufacture are well routed and securely fastened to the chassis. Engine and transmission fluids are full and clean. There was no evidence overheat condition. Examination of the drive belt and accessories revealed no issue.
An examination of the interior, beginning in the front cab compartment finds the components and accessories in working order. A check of the instrument panel bulb check found the panel illuminated as expected. A scan of the powertrain control module finds no stored fault codes and the malfunction indicator circuit is operational. Examination of the dash panel, seats and instruments finds no issue and cosmetically in very good condition.
Continuing to the coach, overall examination finds the furnishing and appliances in good condition. It is noted that the vehicle is still winterized, and no water was supplied to the vehicle during inspection. The coach is fitted with a carbon dioxide and additional cabin smoke detector in working order. Examination finds the refrigerator, stove, microwave, heat and air conditioner are in working order. Examination of the generator control panel finds the generator quickly starts and begins output. It was noted however, there is no electrical output gauge on the generator panel. Examination of the rear seats finds that they are in very good condition with little wear. An examination of the bathroom finds the fixtures in good condition with little wear. Examination of the interior storage compartments finds them clean and empty, there is no evidence of rodent intrusion/damage.
The vehicle was road-tested over secondary roads to 50 miles per hour. No unusual noise or rattles were detected on better surface roads, lesser roads caused some noise from the interior construction as expected. The vehicle was driven nine miles during the road test.
