This 2019 Thor Motor Coach FOUR WINDS 22E is in good running and driving condition with a few flaws to note. There were no obvious indications of previous damage due to accidents or flooding.
Exterior
There is one minor misc. scratch to the wrap on the passenger side door. There are otherwise minor misc scratches around the RV. Normal for mileage and most too small to see in photos. The underside shows areas of minor surface rust. The awning is in good condition and operates properly. The body seals around the RV appear to be in good condition. All of the wheels are in good condition with no curb rash or corrosion notable. The front tires show 14/32nds of tread remaining. The rear tires show 13/32nds of tread remaining. The generator has been well maintained and starts/runs well.
Interior
The seats and upholstery throughout the RV show light wear. The interior trim shows normal wear consistent with age and mileage. The flooring throughout the RV shows light wear from use. There were no floor mats in the vehicle at the time of the inspection and there aren't any that go with the vehicle. The water systems are operating properly. The HVAC systems throughout the RV are operating properly. There is some minor wood damage to the storage compartment, from either a current or previous water leak. Further inspection is necessary to determine if there is any further damage behind the panels. The kitchen appliances are in good condition and operate properly. All of the other interior functions, controls, and accessories not yet noted are operating as designed. There were no odd smells in the RV at the inspection, and this is a non-smoker unit.
Test Drive
I found no issues on the test drive. The engine had plenty of power and there were no misfires or smoking. The transmission shifted as designed with no harsh engagement or slipping. The steering was responsive and the suspension was firm and the RV handled well. There were no abnormal vibrations or odd noises. The brakes were firm with no pulsation felt. There were no leaks found to the underside of the RV. I hooked up my Scan Tool to the computer system and found no current or pending codes. All of the live data looked good with no issues reported. See below and pictures for more info.
