This 2005 Chevrolet Corvette is in good running and driving condition with a few flaws to note. There were no obvious indications of previous repairs due to an accident or flooding.
Exterior
The underside shows areas of minor surface rust. See pictures. The underside of the front bumper shows a few minor scratches. These are only visible from underneath the vehicle. Overall, the paint is in good condition and is glossy. The convertible top is in good condition and fully operable. There is one small stain on the top. All four wheels are in good condition with no curb rash or corrosion notable. The tires are all very worn and will need to be replaced.
Interior
The interior is in very good condition with little to no wear notable. The seats show slight leather cracking from age. All of the interior functions, controls, and accessories are working properly as designated. There were no odd smells in the vehicle at the inspection, and this is a non-smoker vehicle.
Test Drive
The engine had plenty of power and there were no misfires or smoking. The transmission shifted as designed with no harsh engagement or slipping. The steering was responsive and the suspension was firm and the vehicle handled well. There were no abnormal vibrations or odd noises. The brakes were firm with no pulsation felt. There were no leaks found to the underside of the vehicle. There are several codes stored in the vehicle's computer. Some of the codes are due to low voltage at some point from either a low or dead battery. Further diagnosis is required. The tire pressure monitoring light is on. This will need further diagnosis. | Tire Pressure System (TPMS) | |
| The tire pressure monitoring light is on. This could be as simple as a tire that is low on air or it could be something else. Each tire has a battery operated sensor and it is not uncommon for one of these batteries to fail. If a battery has failed, the sensor will need replacement. There are other issues that can cause this light to come on but these are the two most common issues. This will need further diagnosis. | |

This report is a visual and road-test evaluation of the vehicle’s observable condition at the time of inspection. It is a buying guide — not a mechanical warranty, a diagnostic breakdown, or a recommendation for or against purchase.
This report reflects a visual and road-test evaluation of observable conditions at the time of inspection only. Vehicles are not placed on a lift, and no diagnostic testing or teardown was performed. This inspection report is for information purposes only and is intended as a buying guide, not a mechanical warranty or diagnostic breakdown, and is not to be considered a recommendation for or against the purchase of the inspected vehicle.
This Inspection Report is governed by the terms and conditions of the order which were accepted by you at the time of placing the order and which are available at https://lemonsquad.com/terms and which contain important information, disclosures, disclaimers, limitations on liability and mandatory arbitration. This Inspection Report is for the sole and exclusive use of the Customer named above and may not be used or relied upon by any third party including, without limitation, any purchaser of a vehicle from Customer.
Without limiting the Limited Warranty, Disclaimers, Limitations on Liability and Dispute Resolution provisions of the terms and conditions (available at https://lemonsquad.com/terms), there are no implied or express warranties or guarantees of any kind in connection with any vehicle inspection. The vehicle inspection is intended solely as an “evaluation” of a given vehicle’s condition at the time, date and place of examination. Wrench Inc., and its affiliates including LemonSquad, specifically disclaims any liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with ownership or operation of said vehicle and further disclaims any liability of any hidden wreck, flood damage or tampered components not readily apparent upon visual inspection. The items visually inspected were in the reported condition listed in the report at the time of the inspection only. A visual inspection will not identify the working condition of each and every vehicle part or component, nor will a visual inspection identify any or all missing, tampered or altered components. Intermittent component or systems issues or failures may not present themselves at the precise time of inspection and/or a vehicle may be tuned in a manner to mask or minimize any such issues; in either case, such intermittent issues may not be discoverable during inspection. Further disclaimed is any liability for any damage or defects not found during inspection. Other conditions may exist which did not occur or appear during inspection. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle to be inspected is in a state in which the vehicle is legal to drive on public roads, safe and functioning well enough to start and drive, and located in a space that is accessible and allows the inspector full access to vehicle components. Vehicles that are not safe, legal, or in a running condition will not have a test drive performed.
