SUMMARY

The exterior of the vehicle was clean and in good condition with a few issues of note. The exterior of the vehicle was littered with scratches and rock chips. There was also some bubbling to different problem areas of the exterior. Both the hood and the fuel hatch were missing emblems. There were also signs of corrosion and rust to many of the rock chips. All four wheels and tires were in good condition. All four tires had plenty of tread remaining. The engine cavity was clean and in good condition. All fluids were topped off. The engine oil was clean and within operating range. All hoses and belts were in good condition. Missing door mirrors on both sides. Passenger windshield wiper blade popped off while cycling during test drive.
The interior was clean and in good condition with a few issues of note. Both seats showed signs of wear to seat cushions and upper bolsters. Both inner door panels have rips and tears. No carpet or floor mats. No rust to floors. Center console has gaps in mounting. Radio was not functional at time of inspection. A/C was not getting cold, possibly in need of freon. All dash gauges appeared to be functional. Seller has new seats and carpet for flooring. As well as other fixtures that go with the vehicle if purchased.
The vehicle would not start for test drive initially. The battery had failed and seller replaced with a new one. The engine then started and ran well. The test drive was good, the engine started promptly and idled smoothly. The manual transmission shifted in and out of gear smoothly without hesitation. The suspension performed well.
Overall this was not a perfect classic vehicle with several cosmetic imperfections. The seller is offering many of the new parts needed to correct these cosmetic defects. The vehicle appears to be mechanically sound. Please see photos and below for more info.
