This truck ran and drove briefly before needing to be towed back to the sellers residence. On the exterior I noted the wiper system is not working. Further diagnosis is needed. The windshield washer does not work. Both doors appear to be slightly misaligned. The vehicle shows minor miscellaneous dings around the body. All of the body panels around the vehicle have a wavy appearance. The vehicle repaint shows dust under the paint, some orange peel, and signs of poor prep. This is sub-par workmanship. Prior paint work shows signs of overspray. The underside shows areas of minor surface rust. See pictures. The passenger front headlight is out. The lower front lights appear to not be working as well. The passenger rear light is brighter than the driver side. Notated with pictures. The bumpers are rusted and or tarnished. The body seals around the side windows are dry-rotted and deteriorated. The front windshield seal appears to be slightly warped. Notated with pictures. Glass shows no cracks or major chipping, but does show staining from age. I checked the vehicle with a magnet and found it to stick all around but was weaker in the lower panels. Not excessive. The doors are sagging because of worn hinges. The chrome around the vehicle shows corrosion, pitting and rusting. Notated with pictures. Some of the Chrome around the vehicle is also tarnished.
Inside the steering wheel shows cracks due to age.The steering wheel shows some wear and tear as seen in pics. Normal for mileage. There passenger sun visor is missing. The driver sun visor does not have a lock down tab and hangs slightly downward. The horn does not work. There is light wear to the seats. Normal for mileage. The inner door panels show wear consistent with age and mileage. The interior trim shows normal wear consistent with age and mileage. The dash is showing wear and tear consistent with the age of the vehicle. The dash lights are not working. The carpet shows normal wear consistent with age and mileage. There were no floor mats in the vehicle at the time of the inspection. The headliner shows miscellaneous smudge marks from normal use. Speedometer needle jumpy and fuel gauge not working.
Under the hood I noted the engine coolant should be replaced and system flushed. Drive belt loose. The engine is seeping some oil from the underside. There were no drips at time of inspection. This area should be cleaned off and rechecked to verify source of leak or leaks. Technician also noticed that there is a fuel seepage coming from the carburetor gasket. The transmission is leaking from the underside. This area should be cleaned off to determine the source of the leak. Exhaust shows some surface rust throughout, but at this time has no leaks and sounds good.
On the test drive the engine started stalling and cut off less than a mile into the test drive. Seller believes the vehicle ran out of gas but the vehicle had to be pulled back to the seller's house even after gas was added. When shifting gears on the test drive I heard grinding sounds.

This report is a visual and road-test evaluation of the vehicle’s observable condition at the time of inspection. It is a buying guide — not a mechanical warranty, a diagnostic breakdown, or a recommendation for or against purchase.
This report reflects a visual and road-test evaluation of observable conditions at the time of inspection only. Vehicles are not placed on a lift, and no diagnostic testing or teardown was performed. This inspection report is for information purposes only and is intended as a buying guide, not a mechanical warranty or diagnostic breakdown, and is not to be considered a recommendation for or against the purchase of the inspected vehicle.
This Inspection Report is governed by the terms and conditions of the order which were accepted by you at the time of placing the order and which are available at https://lemonsquad.com/terms and which contain important information, disclosures, disclaimers, limitations on liability and mandatory arbitration. This Inspection Report is for the sole and exclusive use of the Customer named above and may not be used or relied upon by any third party including, without limitation, any purchaser of a vehicle from Customer.
Without limiting the Limited Warranty, Disclaimers, Limitations on Liability and Dispute Resolution provisions of the terms and conditions (available at https://lemonsquad.com/terms), there are no implied or express warranties or guarantees of any kind in connection with any vehicle inspection. The vehicle inspection is intended solely as an “evaluation” of a given vehicle’s condition at the time, date and place of examination. Wrench Inc., and its affiliates including LemonSquad, specifically disclaims any liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with ownership or operation of said vehicle and further disclaims any liability of any hidden wreck, flood damage or tampered components not readily apparent upon visual inspection. The items visually inspected were in the reported condition listed in the report at the time of the inspection only. A visual inspection will not identify the working condition of each and every vehicle part or component, nor will a visual inspection identify any or all missing, tampered or altered components. Intermittent component or systems issues or failures may not present themselves at the precise time of inspection and/or a vehicle may be tuned in a manner to mask or minimize any such issues; in either case, such intermittent issues may not be discoverable during inspection. Further disclaimed is any liability for any damage or defects not found during inspection. Other conditions may exist which did not occur or appear during inspection. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle to be inspected is in a state in which the vehicle is legal to drive on public roads, safe and functioning well enough to start and drive, and located in a space that is accessible and allows the inspector full access to vehicle components. Vehicles that are not safe, legal, or in a running condition will not have a test drive performed.
